B & M Tool Company (BMT CO), is a privately owned and operated company in Midland Texas.  BMT CO originated as an oil field service company and has since expanded to become one of the largest industrial manufacturers in the Permian Basin with world wide distribution.

Since 1970, B&M Tool has manufactured and refurbished Dual-Wall reverse circulation drill pipe, water well pipe, well heads, and oilfield equipment.  In 1978, the manufacturing of Dual-Wall pipe was established.  Products, such as well heads, drill collars, and a variety of additional water well and mineral exploration tools are also manufactured.

Today pipe made or rebuilt by B & M Tool has been delivered to locations in Alaska, Mexico, South America and from the east to west coast of the Continental United States.
